With over 18 years of experience in the IT recruitment industry, I began my career in IT as a Security Administrator for ExxonMobil before transitioning to the recruitment sector and specialising in IT recruitment and leadership hiring. I spent several years with a recruitment agency, supporting a diverse range of clients in fulfilling their hiring needs. After six years in agency recruitment, I moved in-house to work for UST, an IT consultancy firm, where I supported FTSE 100 clients. I also had the opportunity to work directly with companies such as BT, Nokia, and Shell, further expanding my expertise in the tech recruitment space.

My career has enabled me to support both start-ups and global enterprises, offering tailored recruitment solutions that connect exceptional tech talent and senior leadership with the right opportunities.

After years of working in-house at leading corporations, I recognised the importance of providing a more personal and hands-on recruitment experience. This inspired me to start Insightful Talent, a consultancy focused on understanding the unique needs of each client and candidate. This allows me to deliver a tailored and human approach to recruitment, with an emphasis on building long-term partnerships.
